Terms of Subscription

These Terms of Subscription govern your access to and use of the paid and free features offered through the Areno App and Areno Platform, owned and operated by Areno Innovations Private Limited ("Areno", "We", "Us", or "Our").

By purchasing, activating, or using any Areno subscription, you agree to comply with these Terms in addition to the Areno Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.

1. Free and Paid Features

Areno may offer a mix of free and premium features on its platform.

These features are categorized as follows:

  • Lifetime Free Features: Certain features of Areno may remain free to use permanently for all users.
  • Limited-Time Free Features: Some features may be available free of cost for a promotional or trial period and may later become part of the paid plan.
  • Paid (Premium) Features: Certain advanced features and tools will be accessible only to users with an active paid subscription.

The list of features available under each category may change periodically based on product updates, partnerships, or promotional campaigns.

To view the latest and most accurate list of free and paid features, please download or open the Areno app and check the "Subscription" section under your profile.

2. Subscription Plans and Duration

Areno offers flexible subscription plans in the following durations:

  • Weekly Plan: 7 calendar days
  • Monthly Plan: 30 calendar days
  • Quarterly Plan: 90 calendar days
  • Annual Plan: 365 calendar days

Plan pricing and availability vary based on your country of access, and all payments are processed in your local currency as per the respective app store — Google Play Store or Apple App Store.

3. Free Trial and Free Plan

New users may receive a free trial period to experience Areno's premium features.

After the trial expires, your account will automatically move to the Free Plan, which provides access to selected features at no cost.

You may upgrade to a paid plan at any time to unlock all premium capabilities.

4. Purchase and Payment

All payments for Areno subscriptions are securely processed through the Google Play Store or Apple App Store. Areno does not store or process payment details directly.

Charges are displayed in your local currency and may include applicable taxes and transaction fees.

5. Renewals and Cancellations

All paid plans are set to auto-renew at the end of each billing period. You can cancel auto-renewal anytime via:

  • The Google Play Store or Apple App Store subscription settings, or
  • The "Subscription" section in your Areno profile.

If canceled before the renewal date, your subscription will continue until the end of the current billing cycle. No refunds are provided for partial or unused subscription periods.

6. Refunds and Upgrades

Refunds are not applicable once a plan is purchased.

If an upgrade option is available, you may upgrade to a higher plan anytime by paying the pro-rated difference.

All billing adjustments are handled automatically by the respective app store.

7. Non-Transferability

Subscriptions are non-transferable and cannot be shared, resold, or assigned to others.

Each plan is linked to a single Areno user account.

8. Regional Pricing and Modifications

Pricing and features may vary by region or currency based on local taxes, app store pricing policies, or regulations.

Areno reserves the right to:

  • Modify pricing or duration of plans,
  • Introduce or discontinue plans, or
  • Add new features under free or paid categories.

Any updates will be reflected in the Areno app and/or website.

9. Termination and Policy Enforcement

Areno reserves the right to suspend or terminate any subscription without refund if a user:

  • Violates Areno's Terms of Use,
  • Misuses the platform, or
  • Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activities.
