• End Users: Individuals using Areno for workouts, yoga, physiotherapy, wellness programs, or challenges.
• Partners: Physiotherapists, coaches, insurers offering programs via Areno or via SDK integration with their own platform.
• Corporate Users: Companies using Areno for employee wellness, ergonomic assessments, or fitness challenges.

2. Overview of Services

Areno offers AI-powered fitness and wellness services, including but not limited to:

• Fitness Tests for personalized performance and health assessment.
• AI-Based Posture Analysis for ergonomic evaluation and corrective exercises.
• Face Scan-Based Vitals Monitoring (e.g., stress, fatigue, heart rate estimation).
• Digital Physiotherapy & Recovery Exercises prescribed by licensed physiotherapists.
• Virtual Physiotherapist Consultations (video/audio/text-based).
• Personalized Workouts & Yoga Programs based on fitness and body metrics.
• Corporate Wellness & Challenges for teams and organizations.
• Areno Points & Rewards System for activity and challenge participation.

Some features may require camera or motion sensor access for real-time tracking. No video or biometric data is stored or shared (see Privacy Policy).

3. Acceptance and Modification

By using Areno, you acknowledge that:

• You have read and understood these Terms.
• Areno may modify these Terms at any time by posting an updated version on the Platform.
• Continued use of Areno after such changes implies acceptance.
• Certain features may have additional rules that override these Terms if inconsistent.

4. Eligibility

You may use Areno only if you:

• Meet the minimum age requirement and other eligibility criteria as specified on the Areno app's official page on the Google Play Store or Apple App Store, applicable to your country or region.
• Are legally competent to enter into a binding agreement under applicable laws.
• Are medically and physically fit to participate in workouts, physiotherapy, or wellness activities featured on the platform.
• Understand that if you are below the age limit specified by the app stores, you may access Areno only under the consent and supervision of a parent or legal guardian, who accepts these Terms on your behalf.

Areno reserves the right to verify your eligibility and restrict access if it becomes aware that a user does not meet the age or competency criteria as mentioned above.

5. Health and Safety Disclaimer

By using Areno, you acknowledge and agree that:

• Areno provides wellness and physiotherapy guidance, not medical diagnosis or treatment.
• AI-based posture or vital readings are advisory and approximate.
• Always consult a certified medical professional before beginning new exercise routines.
• You assume full responsibility for any injury or discomfort that may result from participation.

Areno and its partners disclaim liability for any physical or emotional harm arising from the use of its Services.

6. Subscription Plans

Areno may offer free and paid subscription plans. Paid plans can be monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, or annual.

For clarity:

• Week: 7 calendar days
• Month: 30 calendar days
• Quarter: 90 calendar days
• Year: 365 calendar days

7. Areno Points and Rewards

Areno operates a points-based reward system for completing workouts, challenges, referrals, and engagement.

• Points can be used to join challenges or redeemed for vouchers.
• Free or paid users may access different vouchers based on the then-current options.
• Points cannot be transferred between accounts.
• Areno may modify point values or reward structures at its discretion.
• Points once redeemed or used cannot be refunded.

8. Virtual Physiotherapy and Consultations

If you access virtual physiotherapy sessions or consultations via Areno:

• You agree that any interaction with a physiotherapist is advisory and not a substitute for in-person evaluation.
• Areno facilitates such consultations but is not responsible for medical outcomes or advice provided.
• You are responsible for ensuring accurate information about your symptoms or medical history.
• Consultation notes or records are securely stored and accessible only to authorized professionals.

9. AI-Based Posture & Face Scan Features

• Posture and face scans are analyzed locally on your device using Areno's AI technology.
• No images, videos, or biometric data are transmitted to any third party except the associated Physiotherapist.
• The scans are for fitness and ergonomic feedback only, not for diagnosis.
• Users may disable camera access anytime, though it may limit certain features.

10. User Conduct

Users agree to:

• Provide accurate registration details.
• Use the app responsibly without cheating, automation, or manipulation.
• Not impersonate others or perform workouts on someone else's behalf.
• Avoid offensive, unlawful, or harmful content on the platform.
• Maintain confidentiality of their account and passwords.

Violations may lead to account suspension or permanent termination without refund.

11. Intellectual Property

All content on Areno—including AI models, software, graphics, logos, and videos—is owned by Areno or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, reverse-engineer, or exploit Areno's intellectual property without written permission.

User-generated content (such as profile images or workout feedback) grants Areno a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to display and use it for improving services.

12. Payments

All payments are securely handled by Google Play Store, Apple App Store, or PhonePe.

Areno does not store or process payment details. Refunds, if applicable, are governed by the respective payment provider's policies.

13. Suspension and Termination

Areno reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account if:

• You breach these Terms.
• You misuse the app or attempt fraudulent behavior.
• Required by law, regulation, or enforcement authority.

Upon termination, your remaining Areno Points may be forfeited, and no refund will be issued.

14. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• Areno is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
• Areno does not guarantee the accuracy of AI analysis or physiotherapy outcomes.
• All features are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.

15. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
